This is a violin made by Enrico Ceruti in Cremona, circa 1865. It is accompanied by a Warren certificate of authenticity.
Enrico Ceruti was born in 1808 and died in 1883. Enrico was awarded silver medals at the London Exhibition of 1851 and 1870 and was awarded a gold medal at the Cremona Exhibition in 1863. In total, Enrico produced about 370 instruments.
