Violin labeled Amédée Dieudonné, Mirecourt 1923
A pupil of Gustave Bazin, Amédée Dieudonné established his shop in Mirecourt in the 1920s after working in Brussels for the Darché firm. His replicas of Italian instruments were particularly celebrated, and he crafted instruments for firms such as Moenning, Wurlitzer, Millant, and others. We are pleased to offer this bright and expressive violin for trial via shipping or in our showroom.
