Oded Kishony has been a violinmaker since 1987, with his first shop in Long Island New York, and his current shop near Charlottesville, Virginia. Prior to setting up his own shop, his previous experiences include an internship with Mr. Andrew S. Kim, who taught at the Chicago School of Violinmaking and a job with Stephen McGhee at his restoration shop in Manhattan. He also worked with John Terry in Italy, where he was able to study the methods of the Italian School. This viola is available for trial via shipment or viewing in our showroom.
